§ 7.1-3-1-17 — Transportation of alcoholic beverages; general
Transportation of Alcoholic Beverages:
General. The traffic and transportation of alcohol and alcoholic
beverages for sale within this state shall be subject to the rules and
regulations of the commission. Alcohol and alcoholic beverages shall
be transported and delivered only in containers that are lawful under
this title and permissible under the rules and regulations of the
commission.
