§ 7.1-3-1-15 — Service while standing
Service While Standing. It is lawful for a
retail permittee to serve an alcoholic beverage to a customer whether
the customer is seated or standing. It also is lawful for a customer of a
retail permittee to be served an alcoholic beverage and to consume it
whether he is seated or standing.
