§ 7.1-2-8-2 — Jurisdiction restricted

Jurisdiction Restricted. Except as otherwise
provided in this title, a person shall not bring an action against the State
of Indiana, the commission, the chairman, or the chairman pro tempore,
based upon a claim arising from the collection of money received by
the state in connection with the administration or enforcement of a
provision of this title. The consent of the State of Indiana is hereby
expressly withdrawn and denied in such an action and no court shall
have jurisdiction in such an action.
