§ 7.1-2-7-1 — Power of commission
Indiana·Art. 2 ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO COMMISSION AND·Ch. 7 Prevention of Discrimination Against Indiana Products
Power of Commission. The commission shall
have the duty to make and enter orders with respect to alcoholic
beverages manufactured, processed, or transported from, outside this
state and imported into this state as will most effectively produce the
discontinuance of discrimination by another state, territory, district,
political subdivision, municipality, or person against alcoholic
beverages produced in Indiana.
