Service of Warrant. The warrant shall be
directed to the officer, agent, or employee of the commission who filed
the affidavit for the warrant and otherwise it shall be directed to any
officer who has the power to serve criminal process. The warrant shall
be served by the person to whom it was issued in the daytime or
nighttime and the return made within twenty (20) days from the date of
issue.
