Text
A lien holder, by intervention at a hearing as
provided in section 14 or 15 of this chapter or in another proceeding
brought for that purpose, at any time before the sale of property ordered
sold, may have the lien holder's lien determined and the lien holder's
priority fixed. Liens determined under this section shall be transferred
to and attached to the proceeds of the sale of the property.
