Text
Appointments. A local board shall be composed of three (3) appointed members and one (1) designated member. One
(1)of the appointed members shall be appointed by the board of county
commissioners of the county in which the board is to perform its duties.
One (1) of the appointed members shall be appointed by the county
council of the county in which the board is to perform its duties. One
(1)of the appointed members shall be appointed by the mayor of the
city within the county having the largest population. The designated
member of the board shall represent the commission and shall be
designated by the commission.
