Removal from Office. An appointed member
of a local board may be removed from office only for good cause. The
commission shall give the member a written copy of the charges
against him and shall fix the time, which shall not be less than five (5)
days thereafter, when the member may appear before the commission
and show cause why he should not be removed. The commission shall
establish procedures for the removal of an appointed member of a local
board. The findings and determinations of the commission in respect
to a removal shall be final.
