Quorum and Voting. Three (3) members of a local board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. A local board may take action only upon the affirmative votes of at least three (3) of its members. [Pre-1973 Recodification Citation: 7-1-1-5(19).] Formerly: Acts 1973, P.L.55, SEC.1.
