Text
A local board shall meet and organize
immediately following the appointment of its members. The local
board shall elect one (1) of its members to serve as president. The
president shall preside at the meetings of the board. The local board
also shall elect one (1) of its members to serve as secretary. The
secretary shall electronically record all votes taken by the local board
and perform other duties assigned by the board.
