Terms of Office. The term of office of an appointed member, other than an ad interim appointee, shall be for one

(1)year from the date of his appointment and until his successor is appointed and qualified. The designated representative of the commission shall not have any specific term on any particular local board. [Pre-1973 Recodification Citation: 7-1-1-5(19).] Formerly: Acts 1973, P.L.55, SEC.1.
