§ 7.1-2-3-9 — Permits

Indiana·Art. 2 ALCOHOL AND TOBACCO COMMISSION AND·Ch. 3 Powers and Duties
The commission shall have the discretionary authority to issue, deny, suspend, revoke, or not renew all permits and certificates authorized by this title, unless the exercise of discretion or authority is limited by applicable provisions of this title.
