§ 7.1-2-3-5 — Enforcement of subpoena
Enforcement of Subpoena. The commission
shall have the authority to petition the circuit or superior court of the
county in which the hearing or investigation is being held to compel
obedience to the lawful requirements of its subpoena under this title.
