Text
Limitation of Liability. The members of the
commission, their officers and employees shall be exempt from civil
liability for an act or omission done under the authority, or the color of
authority, conferred by this title or by a rule, regulation, or order of the
commission. However, they shall be liable to the State of Indiana for
their acts and omissions.
