§ 7.1-2-3-29 — Delegation of powers and duties
Delegation of Powers and Duties. The
commission, unless otherwise specifically provided, may delegate the
powers and duties conferred on it in this title to responsible employees
of the commission, but the commission shall maintain final
responsibility.
