§ 7.1-2-3-26 — Duty concerning franchise agreements
The commission shall investigate a violation
of a provision of IC 7.1-3-3-17 and IC 7.1-5-5-9, and shall have the
power to enforce conformance with a provision of an injunction issued
under the authority of these sections.
