Text
Military Bases. The commission may
authorize the sale of an alcoholic beverage to an officer, or other person
legally entitled to purchase it, and the delivery of it to that person on a
military reservation or other reservation within this state which is under
the authority of the United States government and if the sale and
delivery is otherwise lawful.
