§ 7.1-2-3-24 — Disclosures concerning transportation
Disclosures Re Transportation. The
commission may require that, prior to the importation or transportation
of an alcoholic beverage into this state by an authorized permittee, he
shall submit written, verified, information concerning the proposed
importation or transportation and execute and file any documents
required. The commission shall have the power also to inspect the
shipments in transit and the vehicle used in the importation or
transportation.
