§ 7.1-2-3-18 — Regulation of transportation and containers
Regulation of Transportation and Containers.
The commission shall have the power to regulate the modes and
methods of dealing in, and the transportation of, alcoholic beverages.
The commission also shall have the power to regulate the types of
containers in which alcoholic beverages may be lawfully transported
and delivered.
