Text
Destruction of Personal Property. The
commission shall have the power to require the destruction or removal
of bottles, whether empty or not, cases, containers, apparatus, or
devices, used or likely to be used, in evading, violating, or preventing
the enforcement of the provisions of this title or of the rules and
regulations of the commission.
