Searches and Seizures.
(a)The commission
shall have the power to examine, inspect and search a licensed
premises or a vehicle where alcohol, alcoholic beverages, or malt
articles are kept, manufactured or sold.
(b)The commission shall have the power to seize alcohol, alcoholic
beverages, malt articles, or any other personal property when the
seizure is lawful under the provisions of this title.
