Text

The prosecutor shall be appointed by the governor for a term of four (4) years to be served at the pleasure of the governor. The prosecutor shall be a resident of the state and a practicing member of the Indiana bar. [Pre-1973 Recodification Citation: 7-2-1-4.] Formerly: Acts 1973, P.L.55, SEC.1.
