§ 7.1-2-1-3 — Appointments and terms
Appointments and Terms. Members of the
commission shall be appointed by the governor and a commissioner
shall be eligible for reappointment. No more than two (2)
commissioners shall belong to the same political party. A
commissioner shall be appointed for a term of four (4) years, but shall
serve that term at the pleasure of the governor.
