Bona Fide Evidence of Majority or Identity. The term "bona fide evidence of majority or identity" means a document, including, but not limited to, a license or permit to operate a motor vehicle, a Selective Service registration certificate, or an United States Armed Forces identification card, but excluding a voter's registration card, issued by the federal or state governments or one (1) of their political subdivisions.
