§ 7.1-1-3-6 — "Beer"
The term "beer" means an alcoholic beverage obtained by the fermentation of:
(1)an infusion or decoction of:
(A)barley malt or other cereal; and
(B)hops;
in water; or
(2)cereal byproducts.
