§ 7.1-1-3-50 — "Wood alcohol"
Wood Alcohol. The term "wood alcohol"
means the compound CH3OH, also known as methanol, from whatever
source or by whatever process produced. The term also means wood
alcohol that has been redistilled and which is likely or intended to be
used as a beverage.
