Table Wine. The term "table wine" means wine that is produced without rectification or fortification and whose alcoholic content does not exceed fourteen percent (14%). [Pre-1973 Recodification Citation: 7-1-1-22.5.] Formerly: Acts 1973, P.L.55, SEC.1.
