§ 7.1-1-3-29 — "Permit"
(a)"Permit", except as provided in subsection
(b), means a written authorization issued by the commission entitling
its holder to manufacture, rectify, distribute, transport, sell, or
otherwise deal in alcoholic beverages, all as provided in this title.
(b)"Permit", for purposes of IC 7.1-7, has the meaning set forth in
IC 7.1-7-2-18.
