§ 7.1-1-3-13 — "Container"

Indiana·Art. 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS·Ch. 3 Definitions of General Applicability

(a)"Container", except as provided in subsection (b), means a receptacle in which an alcoholic beverage is immediately contained and with which the alcoholic beverage contained in it is in immediate contact.
