Text
(a)"Container", except as provided in
subsection (b), means a receptacle in which an alcoholic beverage is
immediately contained and with which the alcoholic beverage
contained in it is in immediate contact.
(b)"Container", for purposes of IC 7.1-7, has the meaning set forth
in IC 7.1-7-2-5.
