§ 32-36-1-11 — Profits derived from unauthorized use; proof
In establishing the amount of the profits under section 10(1)(B) of this chapter:
(1)the plaintiff is required to prove the gross revenue attributable
to the unauthorized use; and
(2)the defendant is required to prove properly deductible
expenses.
