§ 32-16-1-6 — References to repealed statutes
Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 16 EFFECT OF RECODIFICATION OF TITLE 32·Ch. 1 Effect of Recodification by the Act of the 2002 Regular
Subject to section 9 of this chapter, a reference
in a statute or rule to a statute that is repealed and replaced in the same
or a different form in the recodification act of the 2002 regular session
of the general assembly shall be treated after the effective date of the
new provision as a reference to the new provision.
