Text
An order to show cause issued under section 5 of this chapter must inform the defendant that:
(1)the defendant may:
(A)file affidavits on the defendant’s behalf with the court;
(B)appear and present testimony on the defendant’s behalf at
the time of the hearing; and
(C)file with the court a written undertaking to stay the delivery
of the property in accordance with this article; and
(2)if the defendant fails to appear, plaintiff may be granted a
judgment of possession.
