§ 32-35-2-27 — Delivery to defendant in open court

If the defendant or the defendant's attorney is in open court at the time the order of possession is issued under this chapter, a copy of the order shall be delivered promptly to the defendant and the delivery shall be noted in the order book. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 34-21-7-1.]
