§ 32-35-2-2 — Claim for immediate delivery

A plaintiff may, at the time of issuing the summons, or at any time before final judgment, claim the immediate delivery of property described in section 1 of this chapter. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 34-21-2-1.]
