Text

Upon the hearing on the preliminary order under this chapter, the court shall:

(1)consider the showing made by the parties appearing; and
(2)make a preliminary determination which party, with reasonable probability, is entitled to possession, use, and disposition of the property, pending final adjudication of the claims of the parties. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 34-21-4-7.]
