Text
Before the court may issue an order for possession without notice under section 12 of this chapter, the plaintiff or the plaintiff’s attorney must file an affidavit or certificate showing:
(1)the efforts, if any, that have been made to give notice; and
(2)the reasons why notice of the application for the order cannot
be given.
