§ 32-34-9-9 — Impressing brand on timber

A person who owns a brand shall cause the brand to be plainly stamped, branded, or otherwise impressed upon each piece of timber upon which the brand is placed. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-9-5-9.]
