§ 32-34-9-8 — Brand as exclusive trademark

A brand adopted in accordance with this chapter is the exclusive trademark of the person adopting the brand, and the brand constitutes property under IC 35-31.5-2-253. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-9-5-8.]
