Text

A person who finds a fleet, raft or platform, as described in this chapter, is entitled to reasonable compensation for keeping and caring for the property in addition to the fees set forth in section 1 of this chapter. The compensation may not exceed the following rates:

(1)For each fleet, four dollars ($4) per day.
(2)For each raft, one dollar ($1) per day.
(3)For each platform, fifty cents ($0.50) per day. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-9-5-2.]
