Text

(a)If timber is branded by the seller or by another person with the seller's consent with the brand of the purchaser or another person or corporation, the title to the timber passes at once to the person or corporation whose brand is placed on the timber.
(b)Placement of a brand on timber as described in subsection (a) does not affect the rights of the contracting parties regarding the payment of the purchase money for the timber. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-9-5-14.]
