§ 32-34-9-10 — Contract for sale of standing trees or standing timber

A contract for the sale of standing trees or standing timber may not be enforced by a legal action unless the contract or some memorandum of the contract is in writing and signed by the person to be charged or the person's duly authorized agent. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-9-5-13.]
