Text
If the provisions of this chapter are complied with, title to:
(1)an article described in section 1 of this chapter that is not more
than twelve dollars ($12) in value and that remains unclaimed or
unproven by the owner within ninety (90) days after the property
is found; or
(2)a stray animal described in section 1 of this chapter that is
equal to or less than ten dollars ($10) in value and that remains
unclaimed or unproven by the owner within one (1) year after the
property is found;
vests in the finder.
