§ 32-34-8-28 — Rules of trial procedure govern

(a)The trial described in section 27 of this
chapter is governed by the Indiana rules of trial procedure, except as to
continuances.
(b)Appeals may be taken by either party upon the same terms and
under the same rules as appeals in other civil cases are taken.
