§ 32-34-8-20 — Limitation on removal of property from county

The finder, until the finder becomes the property's owner, may not take the found property or allow the property to be taken out of the county where the property was found for longer than three (3) days at any time. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-9-3-20.]
