Text
(a)The finder of an article described in
section 1 of this chapter is allowed a reasonable sum, as determined by
a court with jurisdiction where the property was initially found.
(b)Either the claimant or the finder may have a jury determine what
amount is just and reasonable for finding and taking care of the
property.
