§ 32-34-6-4 — "Within three (3) years after the last prior use" defined

As used in this chapter, "within three (3) years after the last prior use" includes any period after the last prior use of a die, mold, form, jig, or pattern, regardless of whether the period was before July 1, 1994. [Pre-2002 Recodification Citation: 32-9-6-6.]
