§ 32-34-2-2 — Disposition of unclaimed balance
Indiana·Title 32 PROPERTY·Art. 34 LOST OR UNCLAIMED PERSONAL PROPERTY·Ch. 2 Sale of Unclaimed Property in Hotels
If the balance is not claimed by the owner
within one (1) year after the sale conducted under section 1 of this
chapter, the balance must be paid to the county treasurer for the use of
the school fund.
