§ 32-33-20-8 — Sale of special tool at public auction
If an end user has not been paid the amount due within ninety (90) days after the date the notice is received by the customer as provided in section 7 of this chapter, the end user may sell the special tool at a public auction if:
(1)the special tool is still in the end user's possession; and
(2)the end user complies with section 9 of this chapter.
