Text
(a)The recorder shall record the notice of
intention to hold a lien filed under section 2(a) of this chapter, when
presented, in the miscellaneous record book. The recorder shall receive
fees in accordance with IC 36-2-7-10.
(b)All liens created in this manner:
(1)relate to the date the labor was begun or money advanced; and
(2)have priority over all liens suffered or created after that date.
