§ 32-32-3-9 — Unavailability; remedy
If a time share unit or camping site is not available for a period to which the owner is entitled by schedule or by confirmed reservation and the developer is responsible for the unavailability of the unit or site, the participant is entitled at the participant's election to be provided:
(1)a comparable unit or site for the period; or
(2)monetary compensation for the loss of use of the time share
unit or camping site.
